Shopping Online
We accept:
- Credit card payments - Visa, Mastercard and American express are accepted and will be processed same day.
- Cheque - Orders will be processed as soon as the cheque has been cleared.
- Money Order - Orders will be processed as soon as payment has been received.
- Direct Deposit - Orders will be processed as soon as payment has been received.
All the details of these can be found at the final stages when purchasing one of our products!
Large items i.e.: Ski’s, Snowboards. Will be sent by TNT road freight at a flat cost of $40. This will be a set cost which will be shown when purchasing the item.
All other orders will be sent by Australia Post, with the charge based on the following:
- $5.00 for order up to 500 grams
- $9.00 for orders between 500 grams and 1 kg
- $15.00 for orders between 1kg and 10kg
Postage items can be sent insured or registered if you wish to do so. This must be mentioned at time of purchase and an extra cost may apply.
Our Delivery time may vary depending on what the customer selects. Express can be selected. Regular postage or freight can take up to 3 business days. Delivery will commence after payment has been made and cleared.
PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY as we do not refund or accept returns if you change your mind. If there are any problems with your purchase we must be notified within 14 days of receipt of your goods at bumps@bumps.com.au. Customers are required to meet all expenses of returning incorrectly ordered goods. Goods incorrectly ordered may only be returned if UNOPENED in the original manufacturers packaging. All manufacturers’ packaging must be undamaged and a copy of the original invoice must be included. (We reserve the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee). All manufacturers’ warranties apply.
Goods purchased that are the wrong size maybe exchanged for the cost of the postage. A copy of the original invoice must be included.
Ski’s and Bindings
Skis and bindings will be mounted when purchased if all information is provided (Height, weight, age, skier type and ski boot sole length in mm.) For safety reasons this must be checked and adjusted with the boot by a professional ski technician before use. Skis will be sent un-mounted if this information isn’t sent.
Once a new pair of skis and bindings has been mounted they cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Currently the site is not set up for international purchases.
