The Boot Fit
Make sure you allow enough time to go though our boot fitting process - we recommend that you set aside at least an hour. Our technician will first ask you about your skiing and past experiences with boots, either your own or rented, followed by basic measurements for size, shape characteristics, ankle alignment and flexibility. This allows the boot fitter to narrow down the selection process. Sizing will vary depending on the clients’ requirements as a performance/expert skier will usually want a very close, precision fit while a beginner/intermediate will want a more relaxed fit.
We don’t charge any extra for our fitting work, however we do expect that you be prepared to make a purchase should we find the perfect boot. Appointments are a great idea mid week but we don’t take appointments on weekends (unless you’re traveling from interstate or country Victoria) as we’re normally extremely busy.
