Ski Bindings
This
year there are two ranges of bindings to choose from. Fixed heel
(Axium) and Turntable (Axial/Power Series). Each of the skis produced
by Rossignol is paired by a binding. Perfectly suited to each other
these pairs look good and perform even better.

Joint development and production ensures technical synergy, between
the bindings and Rossignol skis. The Axial technology optimises
skier safety in every type of fall due to the unique way the toe
and heel piece work together.
This range of bindings has seven points of boot contact; four in
the multi- directional releasing toe piece and three in the heel
piece, which also pivots 20° either side of centre. In the event
of a fall, the heel piece moves with the lower leg, reducing the
chance of knee and ligament damage. These seven points of contact
also ensure a more complete connection between boot and binding
to improve the reaction and response of the ski.
The Axium range has been designed specifically for recreational
skiers for all-round ease of use. The toe piece has been specifically
designed to guide the boot in easily and quickly, while multidirectional
release system ensures comfort and easy exit in case of falls. Rossignol
has also deliberately used lighter materials, making it one of the
lightest bindings on the market.
These bindings offer easy entry and exit and have multiple safety
features to ensure they release when supposed to, including the
dual action toe.
