As it is impossible to adequately test a ski boot prior
to purchase, your Bumps guarantee is your assurance
that your boots will fit. We further welcome the opportunity
to fine-tune your ski boots, as required.

Fit Guarantee
As
most would know, boots can be tricky things! Most of
the time we are able to fit a pair of boots that do
not require any more work. After the boots have been
used we do not see the skier until he/she requires other
equipment. However, there are times that may require
more attention after the boot has been skied. For example,
liners might need to be stretched, shells ground/punched,
etc. Our guarantee encompasses as much re-fitting as
may be required in the first 12 months after purchase:
no labour charges for no matter how many hours of re-fitting!
We are happy to see (and indeed encourage) our bootfits
to come in again if any fine tuning is reuired. We will
take any measure to ensure the customer ends up with
a good fit! This differs to a lot of places that just
sell boots & don't 'fit' them (although back-up
service is a vital part of a customer service, many
do not provide it).
