All the years of “progressing the sport” have led to this. Skiers have a new identity. The AR6 is here for them; the park skiers who ride the entire mountain. We addressed park features first with weight, durability and flex. The AR6 starts with our lightweight, all-wood AR Core 1 and heat-treated 2.5 Impact Edge. We incorporated a variable flex profile to enhance the performance of its solid overall flex, while the Carbon Fiber Stringers in the tail of the ski create pop and torsional stiffness. As one of the firmest park skis out there, you’ll be able to hold an edge carving off the lip or in variable snow on the steeps. Renowned artist Mad Steez put his finishing touch on this ultimate all-mountain ski for the park rider.

When we started Armada, we introduced two models – one for park and one for the steep and deep. The ARV was our original ski for the all-mountain arena and is left standing as the only model still in the line since our inception – of course with a variety of improvements. If you ski all over the mountain but ride the park on occasion, this is the ski for you. This year we shaved weight and added more vertical stiffness with the re-designed AR Core 2 and heat-treated 2.5 Impact Edge. A generous sidecut and stiffer flex profile keeps the ARV stable at high speeds, while remaining nimble.
